Thank you for considering the Boat House for your
forthcoming Christmas function.
Our convenient waterfront location (only 5km from Hobart’s city centre)
makes an ideal venue for your Christmas Party.
The Boat House can seat up to 110 people. If your group exceeds 90
people, the whole restaurant will be available for your party.
Christmas function menus are offered to groups of 20 or more.
There are two Christmas function menus, the $44.00
menu is available for lunch bookings and the $58.00
menu is suitable for either lunch or dinner. Beverage
packages are also available and are recommended for larger groups.
Terms and Conditions:
To secure the booking we require an advance deposit of $250.00 to be
paid within 14 days of the time of making the reservation. Payment of
the deposit is agreement to the following conditions:
- If you do not wish to go ahead with the booking
please notify us as soon as you can. A deposit may be withheld if
cancellation occurs within 14 days of the function date.
- If you wish to reserve the restaurant exclusively for
your group a minimum account of $6500 will apply for all evenings
during December.
- The balance of the account is to be paid on the day.
- A surcharge of 4% will be added to accounts paid by
Diners Club or American Express. This surcharge does not apply when
other credit cards, cash or cheques are used.
- When beverages are charged on consumption,
one itemised account per table will be provided (we are unable
to divide table accounts or accept ‘pay as you go’).
- Final numbers are required 48 hours prior to the
function date, this is the minimum number charged for.
- The client will be financially responsible for any
damage sustained at the Boat House by the client or client’s guests.
- Cornelian Bay Boat House is a fully licensed
restaurant all food and alcohol consumed on the premises must be
supplied by us.
